Here are the steps to install the Informatica PowerCenter (8.6.1) Server
First you have to go to the https://edelivery.oracle.com/ and download the Informatica PowerCenter (8.6.1).
Unzip the files in a stage directory. In my case is D:\INFRA . After unzipping the files you will go to the Server\Windows\Disk1\InstData\VM. Here you will see a file named install.exe.
Double click it.

If you receive this message click on "Run". The following screens will appear:

Click on "Ok". The following screens will appear:

Click on "Next". The following screens will appear:

"Install PowerCenter 8.6.1" must be selected. Click on "Next". The following screens will appear:

Browse to the license key file and click on "Next". The following screens will appear:

Click on "Next".

Choose the installation directory and click "Next" to go to the next screen.

Choose the defaults and click on "Next".

Here, click on "Install" button to start the installation of the Informatica PowerCenter. The following screens will appear:

Choose "Create New Domain" and click on "Next".

INFORMATICA is a new schema created in an Oracle database to keep the Informatica metadata.
To test the connection click on "Test Connection".

On the previous screen click on "Next" if the test connection pass.

Choose the domain configuration and click on "Next".

I unchecked "Run Informatica Services under a different user account" and I press on "Next".

At this time Informatica PowerCenter Server (8.6.1 version) is uninstalled. Click on "Done".
This can be seen if you go to the ... Start -> All Programs -> Informatica PowerCenter (8.6.1).
Now you can test the Informatica PowerCenter deinstallation.
