[OBIEE11g] Web logic Starting Error "QTJava.zip was unexpected"

You may encounter this error while starting the web-logic services from the command line. The error message will be as below

To Resolve this , open the CLASSPATH env variable and remove the highlighted entry from the CLASSPATH. and try starting the web-logic again.
